About
I serve as an engineer for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). I completed my PhD in Nuclear Engineering as a U.S. Department of Energy Fellow at Penn State University. Prior to the NRC I served with the U.S. Department of Energy – Office of Nuclear Energy and while a student I completed nine internships at three U.S. Department of Energy national laboratories, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the U.S. House of Representatives.
I’m generally interested in applying machine learning in challenging problems and apply such principles to my work at the NRC. I’ve shared some of these (non propriety and/or non sensitive) projects on this website.
